Radon Screening
New Jersey Home Buyers will generally request Radon Testing as Radon poses a meaningful health threat and can be readily mitigated.
Mold Testing
If needed, we can perform an air quality test or take a mold sample to identify mold conditions. Our focus however would be to identify the source of moisture causing the elevated mold.
Wood Destroying Insect Evaluation
We will note any signs of Wood Destroying Insects, current infestation or signs of previous treatment and provide documentation of findings which is generally required by lenders.
Buried Fuel Tank Sweep
If your home falls within a certain age of construction, your Attorney may recommend a Buried Fuel Tank Sweep. On all inspections we look for signs of fuel tanks that may indicate the existence of a buried tank. We can add this service to your inspection at the time of inspection if evidence is found.
